In MacOS, when connected to an external non-Apple mouse the scrolling seems to be jittery and laggy, instead of the smooth scrolling experience the macbook trackpad or Apple Mouse provides

Solution

  • Download an utility called Mos from here.
  • Install it and add it to start at login.
  • Open the app and turn on smooth scrolling.
